  I went to the IH Mississippi west Kimberly Branch and all handicapped spots were taken by people with no handicapped plates or hanger or even handicapped, I saw a davenport P.D. sitting in old K-mart parking lot so i drove over, since i am handicapped I have E-150 with lift. as i approched and parked i had window down and shut off my van, i turned to ask officer question i saw him pull and remove safty from his side arm and hold at his side ready to shoot me dead. I was extremly scared, and thought why the blank did he pull his gun? I reported to the officer i could not get out of my van due to people parking in handicapped zone, he agreed to go check it out the entire time i had both hands out window where he could see them yet he did not re holster his side arm even after identifying myself and reason for approching his car. and it prompted me to ask him to please not shoot me he replied for me to not shoot him? (i have never owned a gun in my life) are our police so scared they draw their weapon on cripples reporting a parking violation? know wonder so many innocent people get killed by police. the police never engage with public. when is last time you met a cop at the movies or starbucks out of uniform talking to people asking whats wrong how do we fix it? or come over to ck on wife of woman going through a divorce just to help, out of uniform, off duty as a friend. who out their has a cop for a friend? Sparks Nevada has answer, i had local cop as friend, he knocked on door one day and took me to movie, that was week after giving me ticket for tail light, I became friends with half the force, somethings they overlooked some they did not, best feeling in world to know cops on your side mixing with public and crime went to the lowest in state history. half the officers quit toting their guns off duty. if only davenport police would realize 99.99% of us are not out to do them any ill intent in anyway shape form or fashion. why are they so scared? why do cops hate the general public so much they draw their side arm at the approch of a cripple to report illegal parking. I christopher worley here by challenge that officer to have lunch with me or any other meal where he is off duty and as a friend getting to know someone. run my name i have a record, but changed 20 years ago and spent 20 years cleaning up my mess to be clean to not look over my sholder to not worry about walking up to a police officer and reporting a crime or ask directions, so i challenge that officer do you have courage? or are you so scared of cripples and public you want to shoot us all? and no i am not gay, no offense to anyone. hey i'll even buy. you pick the spot not to fancy i live on ssi.
