  Their after hours customer service needs to actually be a thing. It's frustrating when they are only open when you are at work and then can't call for help. Dial 0 for an operator and then it hangs up. Also, make the damn routing number appear on your online account. K thanks. -an angry customer

  Love it when I walk in but my e services code and password code online never work!! I've had them changed 3 times last year and already 2 this year and when I don't have my account number and I just want to talk to a member the system tells me to dial 0 and then hangs up on me.

  I have been coming to IH for all of my banking needs for the past ten years and I have never had a problem or a complaint they have help me and my family start our lives in our new home amazing... Love them won't bank anywhere else

  AWFUL! I would recommend any other bank over IH. They have messed up at least 4 of my credit card payments coming out of my account. I have one account and they claim they don't know which account I try to make my payments out of. This results in my payments being reversed and late fees charged to my credit cards. Their customer service is absolutely terrible. Every time I have called the person I speak with is short and down right rude. They have a stupid 5 dollar rule you have to keep in your account and once the bank closes it is next to impossible to get ahold of a customer service representative if there are issues. Go anywhere else but here. If I could give zero stars I would.
